Journelle accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags and hygiene liners attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and labels remain attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any previous tracking information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
